Minova Contracting is a service business. We do not ship or deliver physical products, so this policy describes how our services are scheduled and delivered instead.
After a quote is accepted, we work with you to schedule your service at a time that fits your property or facility needs. Government and commercial clients are scheduled according to the timelines set in the applicable contract or work order.
All of our services, including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, painting, and line striping, are performed on site at your property. There is no physical product shipped to you as part of these services.
Where a project requires specific paint, coating, or striping materials, we source and bring those materials to the job site as part of the scheduled service. Any lead time required to procure specialty materials will be communicated to you before your project is scheduled.
Most residential and small commercial projects are completed within one to three days depending on scope. Larger commercial and government projects follow the timeline established in the signed contract or work order.
Weather, site access issues, or unforeseen conditions can occasionally affect our schedule. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
