Do you work with companies that have zero past performance?
Yes. The Foundation package is specifically designed for businesses in early stages. We help you position correctly before pursuing opportunities so you build clean past performance from the start.
What size contracts should we be targeting?

Are you a proposal writing shop?

How is this different from a bid-and-proposal consultant?
